Shipping by courier
At www.linestore.gr we know how important it is to have each of your orders at your disposal as soon as possible, in order to ensure that your products will arrive quickly and safely.
We cooperate with the companies ACS COURIER, GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI.
After the delivery of your order to the courier company, you will be sent an informative email which contains the courier company that was used and the shipment number. You can track the progress of the order by entering the shipping code of your order on the website of each courier company.
Delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days for destinations within Greece. This happens once your order has been approved, prepared and shipped. The days of preparation and sending of orders are from Monday to Friday 9.00 to 15.00
Collection from the Store
The LINE store provides the possibility of receiving your online order from our physical store. You can pick up your order within 3 working days or on another pre-arranged date, after consultation with Customer Service at no extra cost. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled.
Phone delivery
Before ordering by phone, you must know the terms and conditions of our store.
With the final registration of your order by our service department, you automatically implicitly accept the terms of use.
Notes:
Delivery time is indicative, concerns the working days, from the date of departure and can be different depending on cases. (weather conditions, inaccessible areas, strikes, holidays, reasons of force majeure)
We are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise after shipment (eg customs clearance of the country of delivery)
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time
