RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY RETURNS - PRODUCT CHANGES
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement as the nature of the clothing and footwear is such that sometimes they may not meet your expectations due to their unnatural presence at the time of purchase. The first return is free of charge and is valid once for each order, provided that the return will be made with the partner of the Line, GENERAL POST, ACS COURIER. The shipping cost of the second change is € 6.00 (There is a charge plus € 2 if cash on delivery is chosen as the payment method). The free return (without shipping costs) is not valid in case the customer wants a refund and not a replacement of the products he ordered, as it also does not apply to orders outside Greece. If the return from the customer is made with a recipient charge, the cost is 7 € and will be deducted from the total amount of the return. Shipping costs for returns outside Greece are borne by the customer. Also, returns made by regular mail will not be accepted.

Money Return
You can send your parcel back by any shipping you wish except by regular mail (returns by direct mail will not be accepted) as the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
Once we receive the parcel we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days.
The refund will be made to the bank account you have declared.
If you have paid by credit card or via paypal then the return will be made accordingly.

Your package inside must contain:
the product being returned
your receipt
the IBAN where the refund will be made.

The return process usually takes 6-7 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company
Our store may refuse to accept returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

At www.linestore.gr we believe that the online store should not differ in anything from our physical store. So whether the return is due to a change in size, color or for any other reason such as because you were not happy with your product, it is possible to return within 14 working days from the date of issue of the receipt or invoice. If the return is not made within 14 working days then we have the right not to accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, Bill of Lading, etc.). In case of change of size, design, color in clothing, shoe, accessories due to incorrect assessment of the customer, the customer sends us back the goods in question by courier of his choice and his own charge and we send the new order also with the courier of his choice customer and charge his own. (Concerns returns within Greece and Abroad)
Briefly, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
Επισ the return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the order
▪ the product is not worn - used beyond the test.
▪ the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Reply, Shipping, etc.)
▪ the manufacturer's cards (if any) as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged.
. The factory packaging is intact, without damage and tears and is returned with the product.
Please make sure the shipping package is secure, place it in a bag, so as to avoid any damage during transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of the customer / sender or adhesive tape on the box or notes with pen / marker, will not be accepted! Have all the product accessories such as the box, any accompanying manuals and the purchase receipt (sent back with the product).
You send the products through the courier company that your order was sent to you (ACS COURIER, GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI), at the recipient's expense. The first change is free. In case of shipment with a different courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.

There are no returns or changes to footwear, safety masks and underwear.

The return process is simple and can be done by phone at 2410 532552. or by email at info@linestore.gr and the change process is as follows.
Send us the product to be changed with the courier of your choice and your own charge. As soon as we receive it, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product at your own expense. It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the difference that arises. Refunds for the above case are not made. All the above apply to orders shipped within Greece and abroad.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - DISCLAIMER It is possible to cancel your order before sending the product. The cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address info@linestore.gr or by phone at 2410 532552 daily 09: 30-15.00

In case you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it, you are fully charged the shipping costs which are 3 € for the shipment of the order from us to you and 3 € for the return of the order from you to us. In this case, the commercial department of our company will contact you to clarify the refusal of receipt.
